Here's everything that's changed and stayed the same in the latest LEGO Ideas set, coming on March 1, 2025, for £69.99 / $79.99 / €79.99.
The core concept of STEM remains
STEM – Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics – remains at the heart of the model, which makes sense given that this was the exact brief for the challenge that Daniel Bradley won.
The layout of the build has stayed roughly the same too, including the city on the right and desks in the middle. The greenery on the left has now changed to a tree scene featuring Isaac Newton though, keeping the green thumb and biology but representing physics more at the same time too.
We have lift-off

Instead of the shuttle sitting at the centre of the build with the satellite and a bee flying above the build, the shuttle has joined the latter two builds in the sky with a strand of DNA lifting them above the rest of the model.
This small change has a significant effect on the shape of the LEGO Ideas set, expanding the size of the set to be more vertical than initially proposed.
A more specific minifigure selection

Instead of including generic minifigures of a scientist, economist and an architect, LEGO Ideas
They have standout accessories too and certainly add some great appeal to the educational LEGO Ideas model.
