Reminder: two LEGO gifts-with-purchase rumoured to start tomorrow

A pair of LEGO gifts-with-purchase are still rumoured to start tomorrow, including the second set in this year’s brand new Houses of the World series.

Promobricks reported in May that both 40590 Houses of the World 2 and 41960 Big Box will be free with qualifying purchases from June 20 to 28, and has not yet retracted or contradicted that rumour – suggesting both LEGO set will indeed be back and available again tomorrow. That may help you to plan your purchases for the rest of the month, especially with one eye on the latest LEGO.com sale.

If you want to get your hands on the LEGO DOTS set 41960 Big Box – a 2022 set that otherwise retails for £19.99 / $34.99 / €24.99 – you’ll apparently need to spend €70 on sets from the DOTS, Friends, City, Minecraft or Disney Princess themes. Minimum spends in other currencies have yet to be confirmed, but £65 and $70 feels likely based on recent trends.

40590 Houses of the World 2, meanwhile, will supposedly return under the same conditions as its first run back in April: a €250 spend on absolutely anything online and in-store. That’s a high threshold to reach, but there are plenty of new sets that can help you get there, including 71799 NINJAGO City Markets and 76252 Batcave – Shadow Box.

If you’re in the US, 40607 Summer Fun VIP Add-on Pack should also still be free with orders above $50, and will stack with either or both of these gifts-with-purchase – if they do indeed materialise as expected. The LEGO Group has yet to officially confirm whether 41960 Big Box and 40590 Houses of the World 2 will be available from tomorrow, so don’t put all your eggs in that basket just yet.

That said, the rest of Promobricks’ claims for June’s events and promos have been spot on. Do with that information what you will.
