TV-inspired submissions take over LEGO Ideas overnight

As LEGO Ideas continues to see a surge in supporters, more models have reached the latest review round, three of which are inspired by series.

The latest victims of success on LEGO Ideas, following a wave of supporters across the platform over the past few days, include a trio of builds all inspired by – or tying into – various TV series.

Here's a look at the latest projects to reach the second 2025 review round, none of which have been approved for official sets just yet.

The Rookie

The fan designer behind the upcoming Charlie and the Chocolate Factory set is now proposing a recreation of the 2018 drama The Rookie. The proposed build includes 2,591 pieces and 10 minifigures, depicting a city scene with a bridge, building, helicopter and two police cars. With 10,000 supporters, The Rookie may be the subject of a future LEGO Ideas set as this build joins the second 2025 review.

Knight Rider - KITT

Jerboa's Knight Rider build consists of 963 pieces to make up a trio of minifigures on a display stand and KITT itself. This franchise has already been approved for LEGO builds thanks to a single LEGO Dimensions Fun Pack, and a return to the iconic vehicle would be useful for those who missed out on the video game before its retirement.

Pemberley - Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen

TJ Bricks rounds out this group of submissions with a model inspired by Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. The Pemberley build includes a furnished interior to recreate scenes from the various adaptations of the novel, as well as six minifigures. Although it is not based on any specific adaptation, the user notes that a new Netflix series is coming for this model to tie into. Pride and Prejudice is also definitely suitable for LEGO models, since it was recently referenced in 40766 Tribute to Jane Austen's Books.

This trio of series-inspired builds now join the other 58 projects in the second 2025 review, bringing the total to 61, but not including the other five builds which hit 10,000 supporters overnight, to be covered on Brick Fanatics soon.
