The third and final LEGO Ideas review round of 2025 has got off to an All-Star start with the very first project to make it past 10,000 supporters.
ComicMischief's Converse - Chuck Taylor All Star has been the first to break the 10,000 supporter milestone in the current review round. Made up of over 600 pieces, the would-be Ideas set recreates the iconic shoe design that's been available in some shape or form since 1922.
The build is inspired by 10282 Adidas Originals Superstar, featuring 1x1 holes for laces so that the high top sneaker can be 'tied' just like the real shoe and a display stand with a plaque.
With the LEGO Group currently pursuing a partnership with Nike, does that make it more or less likely for this set to be picked up by the LEGO Ideas team? Either way, the decision lies with the review team now, but we'll have a while to wait, with three more months to go before they will even start considering projects from this review round.
