LEGO sets are disappearing thick and fast at the moment, so we’ve scoured the web to pick out seven last-minute retiring LEGO deals you won’t want to miss.
While sets are selling out at the official online store at an alarming rate, third-party retailers still have stock available – and are undercutting the competition with some genuinely good deals. Some of these represent the best prices around right now (which may also be the last best price you’ll see given these are all retiring), while others are also the best prices we’ve seen full stop.
60422 Harbour

Kicking things off is a hefty 37% discount on 60422 Harbour, a type of set not often seen under the LEGO City banner. It’s retiring by the end of 2025 but is currently available at Amazon for £60 flat – or £35 off its original RRP of £94.99. From its promenade of shops and crane to its brick-built boat, there’s a lot going on across its 1,226 pieces – and it’s also ripe for expansion, as demonstrated in our recent build feature…
75304 Darth Vader Helmet

If you’ve been collecting LEGO Star Wars helmets for any duration of time there’s a fair chance you already own 75304 Darth Vader Helmet, but if you’re new to the game this is the time to pounce on the Dark Lord of the Sith. The oldest headgear from a galaxy far, far away currently available on shelves is retiring imminently and is currently out of stock at LEGO.com in the UK, but can be picked up from Very for only £52.99 – or £17 off its RRP.
40796 Revenge of the Sith Heroes & Villains

LEGO BrickHeadz sets famously don’t last long on shelves, and so it goes for
76274 Batman with the Batmobile vs. Harley Quinn & Mr. Freeze

Bat-fans waited for what felt like an eternity for a LEGO set based on The Animated Series’ Batmobile, and the LEGO Group finally made good on it in June 2024. But 76274 Batman with the Batmobile vs. Harley Quinn & Mr. Freeze is already leaving shelves, so if you haven’t got round to ordering it yet consider this a final call – especially at Zavvi, where the 435-piece set is down to a much more palatable £46.99.
21265 The Crafting Table

LEGO Minecraft fans who have yet to pick up 21265 The Crafting Table have an extra incentive to do so now, because 2026’s 21589 Mini Biomes is built to the same scale and has interchangeable dioramas that work with both sets. Why 21265 The Crafting Table is retiring just before the new set launches is anyone’s guess, but you can at least buy it for less at Very, where the 18+ model is down from £79.99 to £62.99.
60434 Space Base and Rocket Launchpad

Amazon has some cracking retiring LEGO City deals up for grabs at the minute, and also on the dock is 2024’s flagship space model, 60434 Space Base and Rocket Launchpad. It usually retails for £124.99 but is currently 30% off at Amazon, bringing the substantial spacefaring set down to just £87.50. Don’t sleep on these City Space sets: they’re genuinely the best thing since Classic Space for those keen to explore the cosmos.
31109 Pirate Ship

Rounding out this list of retiring LEGO set deals is 31109 Pirate Ship. We’ve seen plenty of licensed pirate ships sail on to shelves in 2025, but if you want something a little closer to the original LEGO Pirates theme, this Creator 3-in-1 set is the one to gun for – and with alternate models so good you might want to stock up on multiples. It’s available from Zavvi now for £99.99, a decent last-minute saving on its current RRP of £114.99.
