Rumoured LEGO DC 76300 Arkham Asylum delayed… or is it?

There’s some confusion amongst usually reliable sources regarding whether or not the rumoured LEGO DC 76300 Arkham Asylum will see the light of day.

LEGO DC fans might be in for a big treat in 2025, if recent rumours regarding a certain Gotham City-based build that might be on the way this summer prove to be true. We’ve heard various rumblings that 76300 Arkham Asylum may arrive this year, with a potentially huge $399.99 price tag.

For that amount we’d be expecting to see a substantial upgrade on 2017’s 70912 Arkham Asylum and plenty of familiar faces and obscure villains to flesh out the superhero build. However, conflicting (and usually reliable) sources are casting some doubt on whether or not the LEGO DC set might be delayed or not.

Instagram user itavix_bricks seems to think that’s the case, stating that 76300 Arkham Asylum has been ‘paused’, stating that the D2C model may not even be finalised, could be delayed and might even be cancelled altogether.

Contrasting with that take is fellow Instagram user a.clay.brick, who chimes in to say that the same sources that have flagged up the rumoured 76321 Spider-Man 2 Train Battle are also claiming that, as of last week, 76300 Arkham Asylum hasn’t in fact been delayed at all.

Whichever rumour source ultimately proves to be true, remember to treat all such speculation with a pinch of salt for now until the LEGO Group confirms the existence of 76300 Arkham Asylum.
