More details have surfaced on the list of rumoured LEGO Star Wars 2026 sets, now said to be launching from January to July – and the prices aren’t looking any better…
Instagram user jjpleaksite has filled in various gaps in the current list of LEGO Star Wars sets in a new Story, including piece counts, release dates and prices, as well as delivering the first info on eight more builds supposedly coming our way in 2026. These are rumoured to be arriving on shelves across January, March, May, June and July, as the LEGO Group continues the pattern of staggered releases we’ve seen in 2025.
Also apparently continuing next year are sets with very poor price-to-piece ratios, as one of five sets now believed to be hooked to The Mandalorian & Grogu – which debuts in cinemas in May – is said to include just 930 pieces for $149.99. That puts it in a similar ballpark to this summer’s 75435 Battle of Felucia Separatist MTT. But it’s not the only offender in the list from a price-per-piece perspective: they’re generally lopsided across the board, with one or two exceptions.

What’s also notable from this list is how few 18+ sets are supposedly on the way in 2026 compared to 2025. There are two midi-scale sets in January, two busts in May, and… that’s your lot. Absent at the moment are any dioramas or helmets, suggesting both those subthemes could be on hiatus in 2026. What we’ve got instead are a greater number of playsets, with two polybags and 16 sets between 4+ and 10+ on the cards for January to May.
That’s a greater proportion of sets aimed towards younger builders than we’ve seen in 2025, and while some of it appears to be fuelled by The Mandalorian & Grogu, those four mystery sets for March are also an outlier (this year we only had
