During a recent Q&A with the Vice President of Design at the LEGO Group, another line of licensed Collectible Minifigures was teased.
Even though
Taking to Instagram last night, the Vice President of Design received a question asking what his dream licensed Collectible Minifigures would be from one of his followers.
Answering the question, he stated that he couldn't say much as one such dream was already becoming a reality, with the range apparently due for release sometime in 2022.
No other details were given but this does follow confirmation that the LEGO Collectible Minifigures, as well as several other themes, will continue into 2023.
As for what intellectual property these minifigures could be based on, the possibilities are endless and we'll just have to wait for more information on them.
Whether they be the second series of LEGO Marvel Collectible Minifigures or a more nostalgic license, it's simply too early to tell. We'll keep you updated as we learn more.
You can listen to the full Instagram Q&A here, which also included more clarification on the recent white masonry tease from Matthew Ashton, with him confirming that the piece is from his second set of 2021, scheduled for a reveal this week and a release in October.
