One Reddit user is out to prove that LEGO Technic 42146 Liebherr Crawler Crane LR 13000 can be much bigger with enough budget and time.

At £579.99 / $699.99 / €679.99 and 99cm tall, 42146 Liebherr Crawler Crane LR 13000 is one of the largest models in the LEGO Technic range but for at least one LEGO Technic enthusiast, it's nowhere near big enough.

One_More_Pin on reddit has taken notice of the LEGO set's size in comparison to the real crane and decided to do something about it. They've acquired multiple copies of the £579.99 / $699.99 / €679.99 set and combined them into one colossal crane that they're hoping to test out soon.

The combined build measures 1.57 metres tall and the crane can be adjusted just as it can with the official 42146 Liebherr Crawler Crane LR 13000. You can take a closer look at the set's features in our detailed review, including a video.

It's an impressive effort from the Reddit user and they're currently asking for suggestions to test out just how strong this custom crane is. After spending over 36 hours putting it together, hopefully it's strong enough to make up for the model's huge budget.
