LEGO Speed Champions sets retiring in 2026: F1, Fast & Furious and Ferrari

Almost every LEGO Speed Champions Formula 1 car is retiring by the end of 2026, along with the theme’s oldest set still on shelves…

If you’re still playing catch-up on your F1 collection, you might want to think about putting pedal to the metal soon: every remaining March 2025 release is scheduled to retire by the end of 2026, along with this year’s 77259 Audi Revolut F1 Team R26 (which doesn’t even hit shelves until next month). That will clear the grid for 2027, save for the movie-inspired 77252 APXGP Team Race Car and March 2026’s 77258 F1 ACADEMY LEGO Race Car.

Leaving production before then are 76934 Ferrari F40 and 76917 2 Fast 2 Furious Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34), both of which are slated to retire by the end of July 2026. The Fast & Furious car is the oldest surviving LEGO Speed Champions set at the time of writing, having originally raced into the portfolio in January 2023. 

Provided there are no changes between now and then, every other LEGO Speed Champions car currently on shelves will retire by the end of 2027, including 77241 2 Fast 2 Furious Honda S2000, 77255 Lightning McQueen and 77256 Time Machine from Back to the Future. But dates further out are most liable to move around, so keep an eye on Brick Fanatics for updates throughout 2026 and beyond.
