The LEGO Group and Pokémon have teamed up to create an online treasure hunt that could see you win real-world prizes.
LEGO Insiders can take part in a treasure hunt, with codes hidden across the LEGO Group's and the Pokémon Company's social media feeds and sites.
"Wild LEGO Pokémon creatures are waiting for sharp-eyed Trainers to catch them through hidden codes," reads the description.
What you're actually looking for are symbols like the one pictured below. If you spot one, you can 'catch it' by entering the code related to the symbol in the LEGO Insiders member space.
Correct codes will enter LEGO Insiders into a draw to win one of 10 LEGO Pokémon prizes, with one entry valid for every code you find. The Grand Prize includes PokémonXP, 2026 Pokémon Worlds, and all three new LEGO® Pokémon sets, while runners up can win either all three sets, individual sets, or five unspecified prizes.
To help narrow down the hunt, the terms and conditions state that the codes will appear across LEGO.com pages, the LEGO Group social media posts, the Pokémon Go App, Pokemon.com pages, Pokemoncenter.com pages, and videos from AustinJohnPlays, ShinyCatherine, Emmasaurus, and Ethan.The.Artisan.
Each week between now and February 27 will see new codes appear, increasing in difficulty as time goes on. You'll need to be a member of LEGO Insiders to play, but it's free to sign up. You can learn more about LEGO Insiders here.
The three LEGO Pokémon sets are available to pre-order now ahead of their general release on February 27, with a GWP already available in a rare move from the LEGO Group.
