LEGO Pick a Brick orders for select regions could face delays

The LEGO Group has warned customers in select regions around the world that Pick a Brick orders could be delayed.

If you're about to place or have recently placed a LEGO Pick a Brick order, it might take longer than usual for your parts to reach you. The reason for the delays has not yet been specified, but it appears to be affecting only select regions, including the UK, Europe, and Australia.

"We’re currently experiencing delays for LEGO Pick a Brick orders," reads the on-site statement from the LEGO Group. "We’re working hard to dispatch them as soon as possible, and you’ll be notified by email once your order is on its way."

The issues appear to be restricted to the Polish warehouse, which fulfils orders for the UK, Europe, and Australia. That's not been confirmed by the LEGO Group, but Pick a Brick in the US and Canada doesn't have the same message, meaning orders in North America are being fulfilled as normal.

The LEGO Group hasn't specified how long the delays will take, or how long delays are expected for. Keep an eye on your emails and tracking information for personalised, up-to-date details on your order.
