LEGO The Office fan designer is back for another review round

The fan designer behind LEGO Ideas 21336 The Office is back with another popular project, this time looking out to the stars.

LEGO Ideas fan designer Jaijai Lewis – also known as JJTheOfficeGuy and as the creative mind behind 21336 The Office – is back with another project that's made it past 10,000 supporters from the community: Antique Telescope. Made from 750 pieces, the brick-built telescope is a personal recreation of a real antique telescope that sits on Jaijai's bookshelf in real life.

As such, the LEGO version features various authentic features, including the optical tube and finderscope, complete with gold, silver, and brass finishes. Jaijai also wanted to include some play functions that reflected a real telescope's actual functionality, so the Alt-azimuth tripod mount is designed to adjust like it would in real life.

The tripod also works much like a normal telescope's feet would, with extendable and adjustable legs. That's a very impressive build feature that would be intriguing to see in real life. Of course, the LEGO Ideas team would still need to select Antique Telescope from the third 2035 review. Check out all 31 fan-designed projects in this group in the table down below.
