LEGO Ideas picks up Prism Power prop and prickly pal

Two new fan-designs have made their way into the third LEGO Ideas review of 2025, offering a very different pair of brick-built submissions indeed.

The third LEGO Ideas review of 2025 is officially underway, with a number of unique fan-designed submissions having already hit the 10K mark. It’s way too early to know if this review will hit the lofty heights of the record-breaking second review of 2025, but it’s certainly off to a promising start.

Joining that growing line-up of fan-created models are a couple of new builds that have also managed to drum up 10K supporters each, guaranteeing that they’ll at least make it through to the judging phase of the LEGO Ideas process.

First up is Hedgehog by Dockan, a brick-built version of the prickly mammal that’s believed to have existed for more than 30 million years. The life-size LEGO Ideas submission is covered in brown spine elements and boasts a moveable head and feet for a variety of poses, with a subtle 2x2 trans-clear brick giving the model support underneath.

Up next is The Sailor Moon Star Luminous Rod by MYS have a table, a recreation of the iconic transformation prop from the classic ’90s anime series. The magical build is 25cm in length, captures every detail of the original and lights up, allowing fans to experience their own ‘Moon Prism Power, Make Up!’ moments.

The third LEGO Ideas review of 2025 has many more months left to run, so there’s a long road ahead for both Hedgehog and The Sailor Moon Star Luminous Rod as they wait to see if their fan designs will eventually become physical sets at some point.
