The LEGO Ideas third 2025 review has gained another project inspired by Japan, this time visiting an onsen in Autumn and its hot springs.
Brickcat-94 is officially a member of the 10k club on LEGO Ideas, reaching the prestigious goal with their beautiful Autumn Japanese Onsen submission. It has taken just under two months for the project to reach 10,000 supporters, and now it will be considered for an official set in the third 2025 LEGO Ideas review.
The build is inspired by traditional hot spring towns and the Autumn season, with red and orange leaves surrounding a classic-styled building with some modern amenities. You'll find the hot spring, walkways and traditional architectural details outside.
Inside the onsen's main building, there are sleeping quarters, a kitchen, a sushi bar and floors built on their side with exposed brackets for minifigures to stand around the interior. A spirit resides in the attic, lending a touch of folklore to the model as well.
The sizable creation will next be judged by the LEGO Ideas team alongside the rest of the third 2025 review submissions to see which creations are most suitable for a set. In the meantime, the round remains open for any further projects that make it to 10,000 supporters. Here's a reminder of everything in consideration for the round so far.
