The minifigures only add to the regional flavour: the kiosk proprietor has a traditional flat cap, while the customer is carrying an umbrella to prepare for the inevitable (and very British) deluge.

It’s a tidy package with minimal stickers and plenty of printed tiles, and adds up to a worthy successor to previous LEGO modular building gifts-with-purchase 40586 Moving Truck and 40681 Retro Food Truck.
