LEGO House's first Designer Evening takes place in December, but it’ll cost you

The LEGO Group is hosting its first-ever Designer Evening at the LEGO House in December – but tickets won’t come cheap.

Billed as an ‘event concept designed for the fan community’, the inaugural Designer Evening is themed around LEGO ships and will include talks from the designers of a range of vessels in the current portfolio, from 21350 Jaws and 10335 The Endurance to 10365 Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Ship and even 10356 USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D (it’s a ship of a sort, after all).

It’s scheduled to take place on Thursday, December 4, 2025 – with tickets available now for DKK 1,899, which works out to around £225, $295 or €255. That price will unlock…

All-day access to LEGO House prior to the event, which begins at 5pm
After-hours access to the LEGO Store (with ‘special offers’ promised)
A light buffet dinner
Behind-the-scenes presentations from LEGO designers and a Q&A
A hands-on building experience with a LEGO designer

Designers taking part include Yi-Chien Cheng (10365 Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Ship, plus One Piece and Harry Potter ships), Nathan Davis (21350 Jaws, 21356 River Steamboat), Marina Stampoli (21363 The Goonies, 21356 River Steamboat), Hans Burkhard Schlömer (10335 The Endurance, 10356 USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D), graphic designer Crystal Marie Fontan and design legend Niels Milan Pedersen.

Titled ‘Great LEGO Ships’, this is the first in a series of quarterly LEGO House Designer Evenings on the cards for 2026, with each one set to cover a distinct theme ‘from fantasy worlds to real-life engineering and beyond’.
