New LEGO 18+ Haunted House and book nook rumoured for 2026

Another LEGO Haunted House is said to be on the way later this year, this time under the LEGO Icons banner, alongside a mystery book nook.

In addition to new PlayStation, Mario and Star Wars rumours, Instagram user lego_minecraft_goat has dropped a few details on a couple of heretofore unknown LEGO Icons 2026 sets. First up is 11383 Haunted House, which is said to retail for $109.99 in the US and €109.99 in Europe, and will reportedly drop in September with 1,420 pieces in the box.

That’s a pretty favourable price-per-piece ratio even as unlicensed LEGO Icons sets go. And given we already have a minifigure-scale haunted house on shelves thanks to Creator 3-in-1 – and 31167 Haunted Mansion retails for only $20 less for roughly half the pieces of this supposed Icons set – it’ll be interesting to see the particular scale if this one does turn out to be true.

Also on the cards for an autumn release (but specifically October) is 11379 Unlicensed Booknook, a product name that’s as placeholder as they come. This one will apparently include 1,690 pieces for $129.99 in the US and €129.99 in Europe, which would make it the biggest LEGO book nook yet by piece count. It would also be the first not hooked to an IP, although you could argue that 10351 Sherlock Holmes Book Nook is unlicensed given the character is in the public domain.

If you follow that logic, this new set could easily be tied to similarly historic literature – or it could be themed around one of the LEGO Group’s in-house franchises, or perhaps a vintage line like Castle or Space. The possibilities are pretty much endless, so let us know your dream book nook in the comments. The current range also spans 10367 The Lord of the Rings: Balrog Book Nook and 76450 Book Nook: Hogwarts Express.
