LEGO Harry Potter sets retiring in 2026: The Burrow, Hogwarts Castle and more

Nearly 20 LEGO Harry Potter sets are scheduled to retire by the end of 2026, and the cornerstone of the current Hogwarts Castle line-up is on the way out in just a few months.

76435 Hogwarts Castle: The Great Hall is the anchor to which nearly all other sets in the ‘most detailed Hogwarts ever’ connect, and that presumably includes this summer’s rumoured 76473 Hogwarts Castle: East Wing. If you still need to add it to your collection, though, time is short: it’s currently scheduled to retire permanently by the end of July this year.

Once it’s gone it’s gone, and come August you’ll need to turn to the aftermarket (unless you happen to own a Time Turner), so don’t hang around if you do have your eye on the biggest rendition of the Great Hall to date. Seven other sets are leaving shelves this summer too, including 76417 Gringotts Wizarding Bank Collectors’ Edition (which is already sold out in some regions) and 76453 Malfoy Manor.

Another 11 LEGO Harry Potter sets are then destined to retire by December, among which are a handful of other Hogwarts Castle additions, 76437 The Burrow Collectors' Edition and two January 2026 releases in 76467 Luna Lovegood's House and 76470 Enchanted Flying Ford Anglia. The rest of the current Wizarding World range is due to leave shelves throughout 2027.
