LEGO fan spots brick mistake in new IT trailer

A mistake that only a LEGO fan could notice has been spotted a trailer for upcoming movie IT.

At 1:17 in new "It" trailer, a LEGO model with lime parts is dropped. 2x2 slopes in lime weren't released until 2010. "It" is set in 1989. pic.twitter.com/0bqvuId7ML

Nathan Wells took to Twitter to point out that Lime Green 2x2 slopes were not available in 1989, when IT is supposed to be set. It's a fun bit of trivia LEGO fans can use to annoy friends after going to see the movie.

Of course it's not the first time that a LEGO model has been dropped and shattered on the silver screen this year.
