LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is making an appearance at The Game Awards, with a new trailer and even a release date potentially on the cards.
The upcoming TT Games title’s social channels have confirmed that the Caped Crusader will be in attendance at The Game Awards, which gets underway at 7.30pm EST on Thursday, December 11. That’s 12.30am GMT on Friday, December 12 for those of us in the UK.

There’s no word yet on exactly what to expect from LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight at The Game Awards, but with a 2026 debut locked in – and three tie-in LEGO Batmobile sets launching in March – a specific release date feels like a moderately safe bet. At the very least, we’d hope for a new trailer or fresh gameplay, building on the initial footage from Gamescom in August.
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will tell a quasi-original story that adapts elements from across Batman’s cinematic canon. It’s due to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. Head here to find out everything we know about the game so far, and check back with Brick Fanatics tomorrow for the latest updates if you’re unable to tune into The Game Awards live.
