An initial list of characters rumoured to be part of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight’s Mayhem Collection has surfaced online.
TT Games’ latest title landed on consoles and PC last week, with three day-one downloadable content packs in tow. A fourth – the Mayhem Collection – is on the way in September and will introduce The Joker and Harley Quinn as playable characters alongside the base game’s seven-strong roster of heroes. And that’s not all…

According to X0XLEAK, the Mayhem Collection will include an entire roster of Task Force X ‘ally goons’, which will appear alongside Harley and Joker. Those are:
• Bronze Tiger
• Captain Boomerang
• Deadshot
• Deathstroke
• Javelin
• Katana
• Killer Croc
• King Shark
• Lester (The Electrocutioner?)
• Mongal
• Polka Dot Man
• Rick Flag
• A.R.G.U.S
• Cops
If ‘Task Force X’ sounds familiar to you, it should: it’s the slightly more family-friendly name for the Suicide Squad, a gang of supervillains recruited by Amanda Waller for covert, off-the-books operations. Several of the characters listed above have featured in the two live-action Suicide Squad DC movies.

Both Harley Quinn and The Joker will apparently receive a range of different outfits, meanwhile. The following are expected to be common skins between the two characters:
• Default
• Arkham Asylum
• Arkham Uni
• Holiday
• Injustice 2
• LBM
• BTAS
• Squad
Joker is then said to be getting 15 unique costumes:
• B66
• B89
• Beyond
• Dark Knight
• Dark Knight Returns
• Nurse
• Emperor
• Hawaiian
• HTV
• Joker Movie
• Ninja
• TB04
• The Batman
• Villy (Villy Awards)
• War
Harley Quinn fares even better with 21 solo suits reportedly included in the Mayhem Collection, drawing on a wide range of source material including movies, comics and her animated TV series.
• Absolute
• Arkham
• Batman Ninja
• BOP
• BOP TV
• HQ Show
• Show
• Caped Crusader
• DarkNights
• Dr Quinzel
• FAD
• GothamK
• LBM Nurse
• Punk Rock
• QWL
• Rebirth
• Red Dress
• SuperH
• VOTY (Villain Of The Year)
• White Knight
• Who Laughs
The Mayhem Collection is currently confirmed to include Joker and Harley as playable characters, an all-new story mission, Mayhem Mode and the Sinister Pack (which will include seven new hero suits – one for each playable character – a new Batmobile and five new Batcave props).
Whether the other characters listed here make an appearance has yet to be confirmed by WB Games or TT Games. If they do, it sounds like they’ll just be non-playable characters.

WB Games has not yet revealed whether further downloadable content will follow later in 2026 or in 2027, but that may hinge on the success of the game. Regardless of how it sells, it’s been received very well at launch: on Metacritic, LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight has a critics’ score of 84/100 and an audience rating of 8.9/10.
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X and PC, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version also in the works. The Deluxe Edition of the game includes all day-one DLC – the Arkham Trilogy Pack, Batman Beyond Pack and Party Music Pack – and the Mayhem Collection when it drops in September.
