The LEGO Group has unveiled the fourth gift-with-purchase in the Wonders of the Natural World series, this time recreating the aurora borealis.
40785 Northern Lights Diorama follows on from 40782 Tropical Rainforest Diorama, 40783 Coral Reef Diorama and 40784 African Savanna Diorama, which were free with qualifying purchases in February, April and July respectively. There’s no word yet on when it will be available or how much you’ll need to spend to get your hands on it, but the previous three were free with orders above £135 / $150 / €150.
This 332-piece microscale build recreates a Northern Hemisphere landscape, complete with a flat sky background that features the aurora borealis. It stands 9cm tall, 12cm wide and 12cm deep, and should sit nicely alongside its contemporaries in the Wonders of the Natural World collection.
