A new LEGO Creator gift-with-purchase is rumoured to be on the cards for 2025, ringing in the new year with a fireworks celebration.
Instagram user fateful_04 reports that 40758 Ferris Wheel with Fireworks will be available with qualifying purchases in January 2025, ringing in at 230 pieces in total. Perhaps unsurprisingly for that piece count, this apparently won’t be a minifigure-scale Ferris wheel – and in fact, the freebie will be absent minifigures altogether.
That would also help to distinguish it from 2024’s 40689 Firework Celebrations (pictured up top), which was free with qualifying orders at LEGO.com and in LEGO Stores in June and July this year. If 40758 Ferris Wheel with Fireworks is available at the beginning of January (which would make sense to celebrate the new year), it could also stack with 40757 Corner Kiosk, which will be free when buying 10350 Tudor Corner from January 1 to 7.
There’s no word yet on specific dates for this GWP beyond ‘January’, though, so we’ll have to wait and see. And there’s no mention either of how much you’ll need to spend to get your hands on 40758 Ferris Wheel with Fireworks, but it wouldn’t be unreasonable to expect a threshold of around £135 / $150 / €150 for the piece count.
That’s the spend you’ll have to reach for the current LEGO gift-with-purchase, 40701 Ballerina & Nutcracker Scene, which is free with all orders that meet the minimum spend until December 12 (or while stocks last). The festive GWP includes 244 pieces, and also stacks with double LEGO Insiders points, which runs until December 10.
