LEGO DC 2026 book’s exclusive Batman minifigure revealed

LEGO DC 2026 book’s exclusive Batman minifigure revealed

This summer’s LEGO Batman Adventures in Gotham City book comes with an exclusive minifigure, which will apparently be a Jokerized version of the Dark Knight.

DK Books’ latest DC title launches July 2, and while the cover art at Amazon still shows a placeholder grey box where the exclusive minifigure will appear, DuckBricks has reportedly found the title early on shelves in Taiwan. Gracing the front cover is a Jokerized Batman minifigure seemingly inspired by McFarlane Toys’ series of Jokerized figures, which reimagine various DC characters with the Joker’s aesthetic.

The minifigure doesn’t look to take inspiration from any one particular McFarlane Toys action figure, but is instead an original design by the LEGO Super Heroes team. There are three unique elements: the cowl, dual-moulded here in bright green and bright light yellow rather than the standard black and white; the bright green cape; and the printed torso.

Jokerized Batman unfortunately features plain arms and legs, but if you want an easy upgrade when the time comes you could always swap out his legs for dual-moulded purple and green alternatives to give him green boots. That piece is readily available on the secondary market thanks to its inclusion with three Hulk minifigures between 2022 and 2024.

DK Books has yet to officially confirm that Jokerized Batman will be included with LEGO Batman Adventures of Gotham City, but if the title is indeed already out there the final cover art will presumably be revealed any day now.

You can pre-order LEGO Batman Adventures of Gotham City at Amazon for just £12.99, which is cheaper than most LEGO books that include exclusive minifigures.
