Select Toys ‘R’ Us stores in the US will be celebrating Thanksgiving this year with a free LEGO Tom the Turkey make and take model to gobble up.
Those in the US will soon be gathering together with their loved ones to celebrate Thanksgiving, which this year takes place on November 27, 2025. To mark the occasion, select Toys ‘R’ Us stores at Macy’s will be offering an exclusive free make and take model, one that’s suitably fitting for the season.
Visitors in the region who pop into their local stores can be in with a chance of grabbing a LEGO Tom the Turkey set on November 15 from 12pm to 2pm. In addition, the retailer will also be hosting other themed activities and fun family photo opportunities for those in attendance.
The mini build is inspired by the fan-favourite (and long-running) Tom Turkey float leading Macy’s 99th Parade, which this year also features an all-new Thanksgiving float from the LEGO Group, one that comes with a Brick-tastic Winter Mountain design.
As befits its namesake, the LEGO Tom the Turkey make and take model boasts a colour scheme that includes various shades of brown, as well as gold tail feathers. The festive bird is also topped off with a black Pilgrim hat and can be placed on a yellow and white display stand.
You’ll be able to add a LEGO Tom the Turkey mini build to your collection by visiting your nearest Toys ‘R’ Us store at multiple Macy’s locations on November 15, with details of participating branches to be found here.
Note that only one LEGO Tom the Turkey set will be given away per customer on a strictly first come first serve basis, while stocks last.
