This year’s crop of retiring LEGO sets are selling out left, right and centre at the official online store, but there are still a handful left in stock that are worth setting your sights on.
Hundreds of LEGO sets are leaving shelves for good by the end of 2025, and the vast majority have already sold out at LEGO.com. 75331 The Razor Crest, 43222 Disney Castle, 76391 Hogwarts Icons Collectors’ Edition – the list goes on, and chances are if you scroll through our latest list of retiring LEGO sets and hit one at random you’re going to find it’s out of stock.
If you’re looking for something to buy to claim 40778 Winter Gazebo – free through December 9 with orders above £135 / $150 / €150 – or perhaps have one eye on the newly-revealed Gingerbread Train GWP coming later this month, or even just want to catch the last of what’s left online before it’s all gone, here are eight sets we’ve spotted still in stock in the UK. Regional availability may vary.
75396 Desert Skiff & Sarlacc Pit

If you already own or are at some stage planning on picking up
It’s full price in the UK right now, but also not really cheaper anywhere else, so if you’ve left it this late you might as well snag Insiders points (rumoured to be doubled later this week) and work towards a GWP.
76302 Superman Mech vs. Lex Luthor

Not every LEGO set lasts longer than a year on shelves, and so it is for 76302 Superman Mech vs. Lex Luthor, the only non-Batman LEGO DC set we’ve seen for half a decade. This January 2025 release is already retiring, and at only £12.99 is a handy impulse buy to take you over the threshold for 40778 Winter Gazebo if you’re in touching distance.
77000 Shadow the Hedgehog

The LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog theme’s only bust (to date) bafflingly doesn’t recreate the blue blur himself, but his rival and antihero in 77000 Shadow the Hedgehog. This one didn’t necessarily arrive to critical acclaim, but if you’ve been on the fence about whether to grab it before it’s gone, now is the time to do so: it probably won’t last much longer…
43245 The Magical Madrigal House

This supersized take on Encanto’s family home is currently 30% off at LEGO.com, bringing it down from £139.99 to only £97.99. That’s a pretty good deal for 1,560 pieces all things considered, and if you’re looking to bulk out your collection of colourful elements you could do a lot worse than grabbing 43245 The Magical Madrigal House while the going’s good.
40796 Revenge of the Sith Heroes & Villains

LEGO BrickHeadz sets generally have famously short shelf lives, and indeed the majority of 2025’s releases are heading off shelves this year already. Among those is LEGO Star Wars multi-pack
40793 Tom & Jerry Figures

Also only available at the official online store and disappearing within the year is
40499 Santa’s Sleigh

The LEGO Group’s seasonal sets can be hit and miss, but you really can’t go wrong with
21344 The Orient Express Train

While every other retiring LEGO Ideas set has already sold out at LEGO.com, 21344 The Orient Express Train is still available at the time of writing. And given this one has remained exclusive to the official online store for its entire lifespan (at least in the UK), you’re not going to do any better than full RRP now. That will net you 5% back in points and 40778 Winter Gazebo if you buy today, though.
You could also chance holding out until December 10, when double Insiders points (equivalent to 10% cashback) and 40777 Gingerbread Train Ornament are rumoured to be available, as you could with all these sets if you prefer the look of that GWP over the gazebo. But fair warning, any or all of them could sell out at any moment…
