Eight of the best pieces, prints and stickers in LEGO Marvel's 2026 sets

LEGO Marvel's first sets revealed for January 2026 include a treasure trove of recolours, new pieces and stickers to use beyond the builds.

The six newly-revealed LEGO Marvel January 2026 sets cover a wide swathe of characters, movies and locations, and this variety accordingly comes with a huge assortment of intriguing decorations, some recoloured pieces and a brand-new element. After poring through the official imagery for these upcoming sets (not because we're counting down the days to January 1 or anything), we've spotted some specific pieces that may inspire uses beyond their official sets.

Here's a look at the stickers, recolours and new pieces that stood out to us, and where else you can use these pieces and decorations when they launch next year. This won't include the new Tony Stark face print, which we gave the spotlight separately.

A Detective Comics Batman cowl stand-in

Venomized Wolverine in 76336 Spider-Man Car vs. Venomized Wolverine is one of the new minifigures in the LEGO Marvel January 2026 sets, twisting the iconic character with the symbiote. This has caused one of his specific pieces to remove yellow from its traditional colour scheme.

Wolverine's cowl comes exclusively in black in 76336 Spider-Man Car vs. Venomized Wolverine, making it the perfect stand-in for a LEGO Detective Comics Batman minifigure. While a piece perfect for this iteration of the character exists from the first DC minifigure series, the minifigure itself has sold for an average of £14.46 recently on BrickLink, and the cowl costs around £5 on average.

That positions the 2026 Wolverine minifigure and his cowl to be the perfect stand-in element for Batman's cowl from his Detective Comics run, just in case you needed another excuse to pick up this minifigure next year.

An unintentional NINJAGO minifigure

Another of the new LEGO Marvel minifigures in the 2026 sets depicts Sandman from Spider-Man 3, eschewing the striped top design that other sand-based Sandman minifigures have included. This minifigure is sure to be useful elsewhere for various elemental monsters and characters, but one is sure to come to mind for NINJAGO fans.

Morro's early appearance saw him possess a pile of sand and equip the Allied Armour of Azure, and while you'll need to figure out a way to represent this armour, the upcoming minifigure can be easily paired with a light brown wig for a fun Morro Easter egg in your LEGO collection. The new Sandman minifigure is exclusive to 76334 Epic Battle: Spider-Man vs. Sandman.

A skeletal Mysterio head

76342 Spider-Man vs. Mysterio: The Daily Bugle has a few new minifigures, and Mysterio may look mostly familiar; the character comes with a new head (obscured by his dome in official images) that takes on a skeletal appearance, but with some kind of fantastical twist.

It will be good to see more of this element as we near the release of the 2026 sets, but in the meantime this will be useful in depicting specific versions of Mysterio from games, comics and more, as well as other characters that take on a skeletal appearance.

A familiar US mailbox design

76342 Spider-Man vs. Mysterio: The Daily Bugle also has a sticker for city fans to admire and use elsewhere. Matching the New York locale, a US mailbox design appears in the set, seemingly inspired by the official blue mailboxes used by the United States Postal Service across the US.

There's even a LEGO bird on the side, similar to the eagle on the official logo. LEGO cities based on US locations will greatly benefit from this design, but there's only one in the £99.99 / $99.99 / €109.99 76342 Spider-Man vs. Mysterio: The Daily Bugle.

The start of Spider-Man's black suit

76334 Lineup 03 1200x848

While the new LEGO Spider-Man 3 set doesn't quite give us our first widely available black suit Spidey minifigure, we at least have a good official start on one, thanks to Venom's torso. Just as in the film, Venom's torso isn't packed with tendrils, displaying the modified Spider-Man logo and some webbing.

Those with a larger budget can pair this with the San Diego Comic-Con 2012 exclusive minifigure's head, but most of us are still waiting for a simple black head with Spider-Man's eyes to complete the minifigure using elements available in standard sets.

Flaming fists, now with a stud connection

Ghost Rider's new minifigure in 76335 Spider-Man vs. Ghost Rider Motorcycle is upgrading the previous Power Burst hand accessory by adding a stud to the end. It's a simple change, but one that will go a long way with various characters.

In transparent orange (the only colour so far), you can use it to depict Johnny Storm from 76316 Fantastic Four vs. Galactus Construction Figure throwing a fireball forward. In transparent blue it will be useful for Iron Man in a similar way, but beyond minifigures entirely, you can attach this element to the bottom of plates for microscale rockets. It is currently exclusive to 76335 Spider-Man vs. Ghost Rider Motorcycle, but that set is at least only £8.99 / $9.99 / €9.99.

Ideal stickers for cities

Both 76342 Spider-Man vs. Mysterio: The Daily Bugle and 76343 Epic Battle: Hulkbuster vs. The Hulk are going to be useful for LEGO city builders for a couple of other stickers. There are two half-drawn blinds in the Daily Bugle, adding an extra level of detail to buildings, especially when you have something behind the window you don't want to be seen.

The motorway sign in 76343 Epic Battle: Hulkbuster vs. The Hulk is going to be less widely applicable (and thankfully won't be missed from the main build in the Epic Battle set), furthering the details in motorway and highway scenes. Whether as part of a specific diorama or in a larger LEGO city, it's a sticker that will be good to have.
