The LEGO summer 2026 sets are just over a week away (in most regions), but they're not the only new products to fund next month.
It's an exciting time to be a LEGO fan, with dozens upon dozens of new models from the various summer 2026 waves launching on June 1, 2026. You're almost certain to be tempted to pick up quite a few, quickly spending your monthly LEGO budget in one day.
It just so happens that crowdfunding for the Series 8 BrickLink Designer Program sets is due to begin over a week after, on June 9, 2026. Make sure to account for them in your plans, as hold charges will be placed despite them shipping out much later this year. The five finalists include multiple more expensive models, including one at £329.99 / $359.99 / €359.99.

While crowdfunding and pre-orders for the Series 8 sets will open on June 9, the program works by charging you for the order when they ship. However, a hold will be placed and refunded at a later date, so make sure you can afford that hold in your June 2026 budget somewhere.
The final charges will be taken around November 2026 for Series 8. If you are unable to make that final payment, your pre-order will be cancelled.
With all of this information in mind, make sure you plan your LEGO budget for June accordingly, taking into account both the summer sets and the BrickLink Designer Program Series 8 finalists.
While it's a good time to be a LEGO fan, it's not as great to be a bank account. We went through each one of the new summer sets in our latest YouTube video, including the first Minas Tirith model. You can see all of the Series 8 finalists crowdfunding soon in the table above.
