Buildings, books, trains and more join LEGO Ideas review

The first 2026 LEGO Ideas review has grown exponentially, adding buildings, books, a train and much more over the last 24 hours.

The latest LEGO Ideas review round now spans a staggering 53 projects, with plenty of time to go until the round stops accepting entries. Within the past day, seven submissions have joined the roster. They span familiar users, a modular building and models the likes of which we have seen before.

There's Lighted Little Library by Fr_An, depicting a giant shelf of books with a minifigure to read through them. It's strikingly similar to the 40698 Books Are My Passion gift-with-purchase, but on a grander scale.

Tekeshi Townhouse by ModularManiac is proposing a half-baseplate addition to the modular building street, recreating a Japanese-style building with authentic architectural details and flora.

WidmowySeniorChokun's first submission to LEGO Ideas has reached 10K, in the form of Pusheen With Pizza. The cartoon cat has become an icon on the internet over the past 15 years, inspiring much other merchandise since. The proposed build is much bigger than a Pusheen model needs to be to depict the cat, but it's sufficiently adorable.

Make It Move Inventor Kit by TheBrickConsultant, the fan designer behind the typewriter set, is hoping to teach LEGO fans young and old about all the areas of S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics). This is a similar goal to the approved 21355 The Evolution of STEM, but with more moving parts.

LNER A4 Class Mallard No. 4468 'Recordbreaker' Steam Train by Stumbledonthebrick would be the third LEGO Ideas train-based set on shelves, should it be approved. It depicts the A4 Mallard train engine, which broke the speed record in 1938 at Stoke Bank with a speed of 126mph. The proposed model includes the engine itself as well as three carriages.

The Four Seasons (Of Life) project by bart_afol pitches four postcard-style dioramas of a tree at various points of the year, all of which can be combined to form a big display, or showcased individually. It may remind you of 21340 Tales of the Space Age.

There's also Architecture: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by Chris74. This proposed addition to LEGO Architecture pays tribute to the titular city with several notable locations included, and even some landscape nearby.
