Build a LEGO Castle army with Pick a Brick, while you can

The LEGO Insiders Weekend 2025 is underway, with double points and gifts-with-purchase up for grabs. Shortly before this annual event, the LEGO Group started a major sale on individual elements at Pick a Brick, including minifigure pieces from 10305 Lion Knights' Castle and much more.

This combination of deals presents a fantastic opportunity to expand on 10305 Lion Knights' Castle with more Lion Knights and Black Falcons minifigures, or make your own army using parts from the official set, before they run out of stock and retire for good. While the set itself is nearly sold out worldwide, many of the pieces are still available, depending on your region.

We've rounded up the best of these parts and other accessories you can use to make a considerable Castle faction army in the following CSV file, which you can upload to Pick a Brick and customise to your liking, while you still can.

Availability of these parts varies by region, but there's still a great selection available at the time of writing, though there's no telling how long stock levels will last. Check out our rundown of the list by faction down below.

Lion Knights

The formidable Lion Knights have the most reliable selection of parts still available, with none of the shields, barding, legs or any other parts out of stock at the time of writing. There are enough elements to make archers, knights, men-at-arms and even a king to lead them.

The recent discounts mean that these parts are now more affordable to acquire, and the torso with the golden armour is notably half the price of the torso with the grey chainmail. You can even find the horse barding from 10305 Lion Knights' Castle on Pick a Brick for £2.81 each, dropped by half the price.

Don't forget the weaponry, either, with a wide variety of shields, crossbows, bows, swords and spears listed on Pick a Brick for easy add-ons to existing minifigures. You might even want to pick up a selection to equip a minifigure with different armaments depending on the battle.

Black Falcons

The parts for the LEGO Black Falcons minifigures were some of the first to run out of stock in various regions, but they can still be found in some locations.

For those who have stock of these elements remaining, making a Black Falcons army is easy and affordable. There's only one torso as opposed to the Lion Knights' two, but you can add an extra piece of body armour to designate a leader of your army.

Don't forget to grab a few shields, as well, and you can find the horse barding for the faction from 10305 Lion Knights' Castle for £2.81. Whatever weapons you pick up for these minifigures, we'd recommend opting for black as the main colour to go nicely with the faction's uniform, and to differentiate them further from the Lion Knights. Thankfully, Pick a Brick has dozens of weapons and accessories available in both black and silver.
