Hot on the heels of Series 5’s crowdfunding window closing, BrickLink Designer Program Series 4 LEGO sets are now starting to arrive with backers.
Once again coming in a little ahead of the estimated six-month window between pre-ordering and shipping, Series 4’s five sets – which were available to crowdfund in early February – are now turning up on doorsteps. Redditor hobbitcuervo shared an image of the series’ two castle-themed sets in hand over on the legocastles subreddit.
BrickLink confirmed last week that Series 4 sets would begin shipping soon, but don’t expect it to happen all at once: while some fans have reported having payment taken for their sets, and now at least one has taken receipt of theirs, others are still waiting for their orders to be fully processed. And by others, I mean at least me. My order of SleeplessNight’s Siege Encampment is currently ‘in warehouse’.
I probably don’t have long to wait for it to arrive now though, so if you too are looking on with envy at hobbitcuervo’s haul, take solace in that you’ll hopefully be piecing together these sets soon. If you’re still waiting on your card being charged, now is the time to make sure you have the relevant funds available for the sets you’ve ordered, and to double-check your shipping address is still correct.

And like all BrickLink Designer Program sets, they were only available to purchase during the crowdfunding window: if you missed out in February and want them now, you’ll need to turn to the aftermarket.
You could also try acquiring the pieces separately, given there are no exclusive elements (beyond stickers) and instructions are freely available at BrickLink. Up next for the BrickLink Designer Program is Series 6, pre-orders for which will begin in October.
