It’s high season for points and promos at LEGO.com, so here are the best 2024 buys to make the most of the current mix of offers.
When it comes to maximising returns at LEGO.com, your best bet is to aim for those sets that you won’t find anywhere else. True discounts on exclusive products are generally few and far between, so you’ll want to shore up on LEGO Insiders points and snap up as many gifts-with-purchase as possible to soften the blow of paying full price – and there are a bunch of must-have exclusives that have arrived on shelves in 2024.
Among those are heavy hitters from licensed themes like Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings, but also a few smaller sets or more surprising in-house exclusives that are just as worthy of your attention in the run-up to Christmas. The current double points promo runs through October 20, while the following gifts-with-purchase are available until October 25 (or while stocks last):
- 40696 Bakery free with all orders above £180 / $200 / €200
- 30672 Steve and Baby Panda and 30676 Kiki’s Coconut Attack free with LEGO Minecraft, Sonic the Hedgehog, Super Mario, Fortnite, Despicable Me 4 and Animal Crossing orders above £45 / $50 / €50

77092 Great Deku Tree 2-in-1
Price: £259.99 / $299.99 / €299.99 Pieces: 2,500 Release date: September 1, 2024

Fancy earning £26 / $30 / €30 back in points to spend on future purchases (perhaps around Black Friday)? Consider snapping up 77092 Great Deku Tree 2-in-1, the first LEGO The Legend of Zelda set that’s still fresh on store shelves. It’s only otherwise available through Nintendo’s official storefront, and discounts this early in its lifespan are not really in the discussion – so double points is your best bet for sweetening the deal.
75397 Jabba’s Sail Barge
Price: £429.99 / $499.99 / €499.99 Pieces: 3,942 Release date: October 3, 2024

“There will be no bargain, young Jedi.” We’re calling bull on that one Jabba, because you can currently help yourself to £43 / $50 / €50 back in Insiders points when splurging on the newly-released
10339 Santa’s Post Office
Price: £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 Pieces: 1,440 Release date: October 1, 2024

If you’re planning to add the latest LEGO Winter Village build to your festive collection, now is basically the time to bite the bullet.
10333 The Lord of the Rings: Barad-dûr
Price: £399.99 / $459.99 / €459.99 Pieces: 5,471 Release date: June 1, 2024

While 10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell has turned up at Amazon in the UK, 10333 The Lord of the Rings: Barad-dûr is still a true LEGO.com exclusive at the time of writing. Double points is therefore the best deal you’re going to get on this one for the time being, and the inclusion of a bonus gift-with-purchase might prove just enough temptation to indulge. We are only mortals, after all…
21350 Jaws
Price: £129.99 / $149.99 / €149.99 Pieces: 1,497 Release date: August 3, 2024

21350 Jaws already comes in at a very fair price for the size and scope of its snappy display model, but those of us loathe to pay full price for any LEGO sets should find that we won’t need a bigger discount than double points to justify taking the plunge on this Spielberg-inspired Ideas set. It’s not quite pricey enough to reach the threshold for 40696 Bakery, but it will leave enough room to chuck in a set that could also get you this month’s two free video game polybags.
77072 Peely Bone
Price: £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 Pieces: 1,414 Release date: October 1, 2024

All four of the new LEGO Fortnite sets are exclusive to LEGO.com at the moment, and any future availability through wider retailers has yet to be confirmed. Double points is your best bet for now, and this range also counts towards the two free Sonic the Hedgehog and Minecraft polybags – so grabbing one of the two bigger sets, 77072 Peely Bone or 77073 Battle Bus, seems like the way to go. Our money’s on the big banana boy, which is kooky enough to a-peel to audiences beyond just Fortnite fans.
71814 Tournament Temple City
Price: £219.99 / $249.99 / €249.99 Pieces: 3,489 Release date: June 1, 2024

LEGO NINJAGO’s biggest 2024 set is surprisingly a LEGO Store exclusive at the moment, so it’s one that should be firmly in consideration during any double points event. Buying 71814 Tournament Temple City will earn £22 / $25 / €25 back in points straight away, and right now you’ll also qualify for 40696 Bakery. If you’re looking for something a little different to the NINJAGO City modulars, this is one to keep an eye on.
10332 Medieval Town Square
Price: £199.99 / $229.99 / €229.99 Pieces: 3,304 Release date: March 1, 2024
