Another animal mech and TV series proposal join LEGO Ideas

The LEGO Ideas second 2026 review has grown with two more projects, including another animal mech from Mitsuru Nikaido, as well as a small house on the plain

Our latest update to the LEGO Ideas second 2026 review is here to close out May, featuring two more submissions now being considered for a future set. These projects reached 10,000 supporters within the last day, and one has been on this journey for quite a while.

The first project to reach the milestone in this update was Mitsuru Nikaido's Jellyfish Mech. The budding fan designer has made a wide assortment of animal-based mechs, also including the Green Iguana Mecha in this same review round.

The aquatic creation replicates the appearance of a jellyfish with an abundance of hanging tendrils. None of these animal mechs models has had any luck in review rounds so far, but it's never too late.

The other submission to mention in this update report is zsobricks' Little House on the Prairie, which has been on the journey to 10,000 supporters for almost exactly two years.

The model is based on the TV series of the same name, including eight minifigures and a homestead build. The 1974 series is more niche than most other TV series covered in LEGO Ideas, but it has at least managed to get this far.

This brings the total number of projects in the second 2026 review to 20, just under a month after the round started. You can catch up on what's due to be considered for a set so far in the following table.
